These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of services provided by Spaz Designs (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with our services or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services
Spaz Designs provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
• SEO & AEO optimization
• Google Business Profile optimization
• Website design, redesign, and optimization
• Content creation & social media management
• Branding support (limited within packages)
• Marketing automation, CRM setup, and systems
All services are customized based on client needs and selected packages or add-ons.

Payment Terms
• All services are billed in advance unless otherwise stated
• Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis
• Payments are due upon receipt
• Late or failed payments may result in paused services
Applicable fees may include:
• Florida sales tax (if applicable)
• Payment processing fees (if paying online)

No Guarantees
While we strive to deliver strong results, we do not guarantee:
• Specific rankings on Google or search engines
• Exact traffic, leads, or revenue outcomes
Results depend on multiple factors including competition, market conditions, and client participation.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and timely information
• Approve content, designs, or deliverables when required
• Maintain communication throughout the service period
Delays in communication or approvals may impact results and timelines.

Content Creation & Deliverables
• Content creation is limited based on the selected package
• Monthly content includes a set number of posts and/or hours
• Additional content or revisions beyond scope may be billed separately

Photography & Content Sessions
• Packages include up to 1 hour of content creation/photoshoot time (if applicable)
• Additional time is billed at an hourly rate
• Scheduling is subject to availability

Branding Scope
Basic brand alignment (colors, fonts, tone, and visual consistency) may be included within services.
Full branding services such as:
• Logo design
• Full brand identity
• Brand strategy
are offered as separate add-ons.

Cancellations & Termination
• A 30-day written notice is required to cancel services
• Services will continue during the notice period
• No refunds are provided for services already rendered

Service Continuity
Services are dependent on active billing. Failure to maintain payment may result in:
• Paused services
• Delays in performance
• Removal of scheduled work

Intellectual Property
• Final approved deliverables are owned by the client
• Spaz Designs retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes
• Unauthorized use or reproduction of proprietary strategies or systems is prohibited

Third-Party Platforms
We may use third-party tools such as:
• Wix
• Google platforms
• CRM systems
• Email/SMS marketing platforms
We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by these platforms.

Limitation of Liability
Spaz Designs is not liable for:
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Platform-related issues beyond our control

Changes to Services
We reserve the right to update:
• Service offerings
• Pricing
• Policies
Clients will be notified of any major changes.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
