Terms & Conditions - the basics

Spaz Designs, Veteran-Owned Business

By accessing or using any services provided by Spaz Designs, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all projects, including graphic design, website development, digital marketing, and SEO services.

1. Services

Spaz Designs offers custom creative and marketing services including, but not limited to:

Graphic design (logos, branding, marketing materials)
Website design and development
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Digital marketing and consulting

Service details, pricing, and scope will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

2. Payments and Fees

A payment plus setup fee is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon.
(Big projects like Website) A deposit is required before work begins, Final payment is due upon project completion or prior to delivery of final files.
Late payments may incur a fee of 10% per month overdue.
All payments are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, Spaz Designs does not offer refunds under any circumstances. See our full Refund Policy for details.

4. Project Timelines

Timelines will be provided for each project and may vary depending on scope. Clients must:

Provide requested content, feedback, and approvals promptly.
Understand that delays in client response can affect project delivery dates.

Spaz Designs is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client materials or third-party service interruptions.

5. Revisions and Scope Changes

Most projects include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed at an agreed hourly or flat rate. Major changes outside of the original scope may require a new agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Spaz Designs retains ownership of all drafts, concepts, and unused materials.
Upon final payment, the client receives rights to the agreed-upon final deliverables.
Spaz Designs may display completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Third-Party Tools and Accounts

Clients are responsible for maintaining third-party accounts (e.g., domain names, hosting, SEO tools). Spaz Designs is not liable for issues related to those platforms.

8. Confidentiality

Any information shared between Spaz Designs and the client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the project, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Spaz Designs is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business, or revenue, resulting from the use of our services. All services are provided “as is.”

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement in writing. The client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Spaz Designs operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in that state.

12. Amendments

Spaz Designs reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
