2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, timely information and materials necessary to complete the project.

• Reviewing and approving drafts, mockups, or final work within the agreed timeframe.

• Ensuring all provided content, including images, logos, and text, does not infringe on third-party rights.

Failure to provide required materials or approvals may delay project delivery. Spaz Designs is not liable for delays caused by client inaction.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by Spaz Designs, including designs, websites, graphics, and marketing content, remains the property of Spaz Designs until payment is received in full. Upon final payment:

• The client is granted full rights to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose.

• Spaz Designs retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Third-Party Services

If your project involves third-party platforms or services (e.g., web hosting, domain registration, SEO tools), you are responsible for maintaining those accounts. We are not liable for service interruptions, policy changes, or limitations imposed by those third parties.

5. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any client data or materials shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering your project. We do not sell or share client information with third parties, except when required by law or with your written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Spaz Designs shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or materials. All services are provided “as is”, without any warranties, express or implied.
